LF Systems provides ICI Scientific Patriot Table Systems, including the standard Patriot table platform and the advanced Patriot Edge system. Together, these modular lab table options help bridge the gap between basic work surfaces and fully adaptable laboratory systems.
Patriot tables can be configured from a simple four-leg adjustable bench to a mobile workstation with shelving, storage, utilities, power, and data access. For labs that need a higher level of flexibility and integrated service management, Patriot Edge expands that concept into a plug-and-play table system designed for rapidly changing research and development environments.

The Patriot Table System is designed as a “build as you need” table platform. A lab can start with a straightforward adjustable-height bench and add more functionality over time, including shelving, storage, plumbing, electrical plug strips, data access, and mobility options.
Patriot tables are commonly used in research, biotech, pharmaceutical, higher education, and industrial lab environments where teams need durable work surfaces that can adapt as equipment, workflows, or room layouts change.
Construction & Performance
Patriot tables use a 2" x 2", 11-gauge welded tubular steel frame with mechanical bolt-style height adjustment. Work surfaces are available in 1" black phenolic or epoxy resin, and the epoxy urethane powder-coated steel frame helps support long-term durability in laboratory settings.
Adjustable-height Patriot benches with leveling glides are rated up to approximately 950 lbs. uniformly distributed load, making them suitable for both general lab work and heavier-use applications.
Modular Accessories & Utility Integration
Patriot tables can be configured with adjustable steel shelving on uprights, shelf retaining lips, plumbing integration, electrical plug strips, data cutouts, mobile or suspended storage cabinets, locking casters, and heavy-duty leveling casters.
This allows the table to function as more than a work surface. Depending on the configuration, it can become a mobile workstation, utility-connected bench, storage-supported table, or equipment-ready lab platform.

Patriot Edge is the next-generation Patriot platform for laboratories that need greater space flexibility without losing access to critical services. Developed in partnership with GSK, Patriot Edge is designed for labs where workstations may need to move, reconfigure, dock storage, or connect to utility services as research needs change.
The system supports a 1,000-lb load capacity and can be configured with integral service connections, suspended or docked storage cabinets, phenolic or epoxy worktops, and advanced utility options.
Integrated Services, Storage, and Mobility
Patriot Edge is built for more demanding adaptable lab environments. Available options include UL-listed power/data poles, plumbing service poles, above-surface shelving, crank or electric hydraulic lift systems, locking casters, and leveling casters.
This makes Patriot Edge a strong fit for research spaces, biotech labs, pharmaceutical environments, and flexible R&D facilities where the lab layout may need to evolve over time without sacrificing utility access or workstation performance.
